Vanessa DiBienardo scored her second career hat trick, leading the Illinois women's soccer team past visiting Michigan State 3-2, Thursday night. MSU took a 2-1 lead in the second half on Megan Morrison's goal but couldn't stop two pinpoint shots by DiBienardo. MSU falls to 8-4-2 on the season with five regular season games remaining. MSU plays at Michigan next Wednesday.
