MSU Women Shoot Solid Round at NCAA Regional

Michigan State's women's golf team stands at 3 over par 291 after one round of the NCAA Regional in Norman, Oklahoma. The top eight of the 24 teams entered make the NCAA Finals after the four rounds are complete. Liz Nagel and Allyssa Farrell each shot 72 and Caroline Powers 73 among the Spartans' five players. MSU figures to be in the top ten by the end of day one once all the teams have completed play.
