Kiana Johnson hit a basket with 8.3 seconds remaining in overtime giving Michigan Statea 50-48 win over Texas Tech in Las Vegas Thursday night. MSU improves to 11-1 for the fourth time in program history. Jasmine Thomas scored 11 points and was named the tournament's most valuable player. MSU has one final non conference game remaining, at home a week from Saturday at noon against Temple.
