Michigan State's women's basketball team defeated Oregon State 49-35 in Las Vegas Wednesday afternoon. MSU is playing as part of a four team tournament. The Spartans built up a 24-7 lead and it was 24-15 at halftime. MSU's lead was trimmed to 41-29 with less than eight minutes remaining before the teams traded baskets the rest of the way.
