Michigan State defeated Indiana Wednesday in the quarter-finals of the Big Ten men's soccer tournament, 2-1. The Spartans held the Hoosiers off after an Indiana goal with six minutes remaining. MSU now moves on to the 1pm Friday semi-final against top seed Penn State. MSU beat Indiana 3-1 in regular season play little more than a week ago.
