Michigan State scored its most lopsided men's basketball victory over Michigan since 2002 Tuesday night, recording a 75-52 win in the Breslin Center. The Spartans led 38-24 at halftime, stretched the lead to 71-40 and never looked back all night long. Gary Harris led four Spartans in double figures with 17 points and Trey Burke had 18 to lead Michigan. Both teams now have 21-4 records but the Spartans are now 10-2 in Big Ten play and the Wolverines are 8-4. MSU next plays at Nebraska Saturday night.
