MSU Picked Fourth in Big Ten Pre Season Poll

Michigan State, which missed the Big Ten tournament last year despite a 33-17 season record, is picked to finish fourth in the league this spring in the coaches pre season poll. Indiana is picked first, Nebraska second and OHio State third. Illinois and Michigan were picked to share fifth place. The top eight teams this year will play in the Big Ten tournament to be held in late May for the first time in Omaha, Nebraska. Michigan State opens its season Friday in Cary, North Carolina against Monmouth.
