Michigan State's men's golf team won the Wolverine Intercollegiate Tournament Tuesday in Ann Arbor. The Spartans held off Lamar to win by two shots with a one under par total for the 54-hole tournament. It was the 6th lowest total in MSU program history and the third tournament title for MSU head coach Casey Lubahn in his three seasons in East Lansing. MSU's best individual finish was by sophomore Mitch Rutledge who tied for third at 3 under par 210. MSU next plays at Fighting Irish Gridiron Classic at Notre Dame next Monday and Tuesday.
