MSU Men's Soccer Shuts out Oakland

Michigan State's men's soccer team defeated Oakland 3-0 Wednesday at DeMartin Stadium. The Spartans are now 8-1-2 on the season and the Grizzlies are 5-3-5. Tim Kreutz scored twice for the Spartans and he now has five on the season. Zach Bennett earned his seventh shutout of the season, 10th of his career. MSU hosts Big Ten leader Penn State at 2:30pm Sunday after the women's team hosts Indiana at noon. is happy to provide a forum for commenting and discussion.
