Michigan State has landed its first verbal commitment for its 2013 basketball class.... 6-9 Gavin Schilling from a prep school in Henderson, Nevada. Schilling is from Chicago and is averaging 13 points per game for USA Today's number one ranked high school team. Schilling chose MSU over UCLA, Minnesota and Villanova. He is likely the lone recruit for MSU in 2013 and will sign in April.
