Michigan State received a verbal commitment Friday from a 2016 recruiting class wide receiver from Sicklerville, New Jersey. Cameron Chambers obviously got the recruiting wars over early. He will be a high school junior this fall. He caught 57 passes for 12 touchdowns as a sophomore. He had offers from a number of major schools. He cannot officially sign until February, 2016. MSU has ten verbal commitments for the 2015 class at the moment with a final number expected to be between 17 and 20.
