The Lansing Lugnuts beat the South Bend Silver Hawks 3-0 Tuesday night at Cooley Law School Stadium. The Lugnuts scored two runs in the second inning when Kellen Sweeney's grounder to first base was mis-played allowing two runners to score. The Lugnuts later added a sacrifice fly. The Lugnuts now have an 11-1 sesason record. The teams close out the series with another 7:05pm game on Wednesday before the Lugnuts open up a series Thursday at Burlington.
