The Lansing Lugnuts beat the Silver Hawks 7-3 in South Bend Wednesday night, beginning their final three game road series of the regular season. The Lugnuts have three final regular season home games, Saturday through Monday, against Lake County. Fire works are part of the post game show Saturday. The playoffs begin next week in the Midwest League. The Lugnuts are first half champions in their division and now have an 80-52 cumulative record, best in the franchise's 17-year history.
