The Detroit Lions announced Tuesday a program to raise $15 million for cancer research. The NFL clubs says that the "Game of Cancer" is a three year collaboration with theJosephine Ford Cancer Institute. The Lions say the campaign seeks to engage Detroit Lions fans in the fight against cancer through several initiatives. They include an interactive 3D website of Ford Field. the team says that all proceeds will go toward cancer research at Josephine Ford Cancer Institute, part of Henry Ford Health System.
