Lakewood has advanced to the class B state final in the girls high school volleyball championships. Lakewood won its semi-final Thursday night over Dearborn Divine Child 25-22, 25-9 and 25-21. Lakewood advances to meet North Branch for the championship at 4pm Saturday at Kellogg Arena in Battle Creek. Concord bowed out earlier in the day in its class C semi-final, 3-1 to Monroe St. Mary.
