Kidd Pleads Guilty to DUI

Brooklyn Nets coach Jason Kidd pleaded guilty in Hampton Bays, New York Tuesday to a misdemeanor drunken driving charge, nearly a year after he smahed his Cadillac SUV into a utility pole on eastern Long Island. Kidd, who retired as a player after last season, was placed on interim probation by the judge. He is about to begin his first season as an NBA coach.
