Derek Jeter, out a week with a bothersome ankle, returned to the New York Yankees' lineup Wednesday night and lined a single in the bottom of the first inning against the Toronto Blue Jays. That gave the 38-year old Jeter 200 hits for the season, the 8th time in his major league career he's marked that many in a season-- and it ties him with Lou Gehrig for most 200-hit seasons as a Yankee. Jeter did not play the first game earlier in the day. It also extended his current hitting streak to 13 games.
