The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office announced Tuesday it is processing two charges against Detroit Cass Tech junior quarterback Jayru Campbell. He faces felony aggravated assault charges less than murder and misdemeanor assault charges. Campbell, 17, is a big time recruit who has verballed to Michigan State. He cannot sign until next February after his senior season. Campbell allegedly struck a Cass Tech security officer three weeks ago and has been away from school since that time. Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said the investigation took three weeks because he office is very understaffed.
