Michigan State's men's basketball schedule is due to be released in its entirety within two weeks and the hold up is the completion of a December 15th game in Jenison Fieldhouse. MSU coach Tom Izzo told News Ten Monday he believes the game is "96 per cent likely to happen and details are being worked out with an appropriate school."
MSU said previously capacity would be around 6,000 for such a game and it would commemorate the 1963 NCAA Regional tournament involving Loyola of Chicago who used many African American players and nearly caused Mississippi State to forfeit. Those schools are playing a game that day in Chicago.
