Penn State has now lost eight players

Offensive lineman Rob Nowicki of Penn State has announced he is transferring to Illinois. He will not have to sit out a year. Illinois openly recruited Penn State players a week ago. Nowicki is the 8th current Penn State player to transfer out to another school.
