Hoyer to Start Again This Sunday

The Cleveland Browns announced Wednesday that former Michigan State quarterback Brian Hoyer would start Sunday's home game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Regular starter Brandon Weeden is still injured. Hoyer, who last played at MSU in 2007, made his second NFL career regular season start last Sunday and led the Browns to a 31-27 win at Minnesota over the Vikings. Cleveland is 1-2 and the Bengals are 2-1.
