Chicago Simeon High School basketball star Jabari Parker has a broken foot and will be sidelined the rest of the summer. Parker is a target of Michigan State and all the other top basketball colleges. He'll be a senior this coming season and is the reigning national player of the year. Parker is seeking a second opinion on treatment. He suffered the injury in Lithuania earlier this summer playing in a tournament.
