EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) -- Hannah Wilkerson scored 17 points and defending champion Grand Haven hung on for a 60-54 overtime victory over Grosse Pointe South in the Class A title game.
The teams went to an extra period tied at 52, and the Buccaneers (28-0) scored the first five points to take the lead for good on Saturday afternoon in East Lansing.
Taylor Craymer had 14 points and Abby Cole added 11 for the champs.
Cierra Rice scored 24 points and Bre'nae Andrews and Claire DeBoer added 10 each for Grosse Pointe South (25-2), which fell 54-53 in last season's championship game.
