Buster Posey's grand slam home run led the San Francisco Giants to a 6-4 win over the Reds Thursday in Cincinnati. The win gave the Giants the NLDS series, three games to two. The visiting team won all five games and the Giants won the final three in Cincinnati. The Giants scored all six runs in the fifth inning to lead 6-0 before the Reds started climbing back.
