George "Boomer" Scott died Sunday in Greenville, Miss. Scott hit 271 home runs during his major league career as a first baseman, mostly with the Boston Red Sox and Milwaukee Brewers. Scott was a three time all star. He hit 27 home runs in one season for Boston, the most in one year in his big league career.
