Major league baseball free agent signins can begin Saturday, but who knows how long it will take for key players to come to deals with teams. The Detroiot Tigers hope to re-sign starting pitcher Anibal Sanchez, but the price tag for him may be too high for the Tigers' budget. The Tigers are letting two of their four free agents sign elsewhere-- Delmon Young and Jose Valverde. They would like to re-sign catcher Gerald Laird, but he too may get a better deal elsewhere. The Tigers are looking for some outfield help besides keeping an eye on pitching available.
