CLEVELAND (AP) -- The Cleveland Browns have signed free agent tight end Kellen Davis and cornerback Chris Owens to one-year contracts.
The 6-foot-7, 265-pound Davis set career-highs with 19 receptions for 229 yards and two touchdowns for Chicago last season. He has made 35 career starts and played in 80 NFL games. Owens made one start last season for Atlanta and played in 13 games. He recorded 17 tackles and forced a fumble for the Falcons, who allowed the fewest passing TDs in the league, 14.
