Eastern Michigan University athletic director Derrick Gragg is taking a similar position at Tulsa. Gragg has been at EMU the past seven years. Gragg replaces Ross Parmley who was suspended last November and fired December 4 after he was identified as an admitted gambler in court documents that are part of a federal investigation.
