Michigan quarterback Devin Gardner has been given a medical waiver by the NCAA meaining he'll have two more years of eligibility with the Wolverines. Gardner tore up his knee three games into the 2010 season. He started five games this last season after Denard Robinson was injured and started the Outback Bowl game against South Carolina. Gardner is the heir apparent to start when spring practice begins in Ann Arbor March 16th.
