Cousins Injury Not Considered Serious

Former Michigan State quarterback Kirk Cousins underwent an MRI Tuesday on his sprained foot and the injury is not considered serious according to various media reports. Cousins left Monday night's home game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the second quarter after being tackled and suffering a sprained foot. He may be ready by the September 9th regular season opener if not beforehand.
