Chinese Teen Anger Assessed Slow Play Penalty

He still could make the cut

The 14-year old Chinese golfer has been assessed a one stroke penalty for slow play at the Masters. Guan Tianlang is the youngest player ever at Augusta National. He was given the peanlty on the 17th hole during Friday's second round. It made a par into a bogey. He shot 3 over 75 for the day and is four over through 36 holes. He may still make the cut. The last player to be given a slow play penalty on the PGA tour was back in 1995.
