Detroit Tigers' 3rd baseman Miguel Cabrera went 2 for 3 Tuesday night in the season's next to last game in Kansas City. Cabrera had two singles and a fly out to rightfield before he was removed from the game. Cabrera is trying to become the first American Leaguer to win the triple crown since 1967 when Boston's Carl Yastrzemski led the league in batting average, home runs and runs batted in. Cabrera has one final game to play Wednesday night, also in Kansas City.
