Former Central Michigan university football coach and athletic director Herb Deromedi has been elected to the Mid American Conference Hall of Fame. He is one of six inductees who will be honored Thursday, May 17th at the MAC Honors Dinner at the Cleveland Renaissance Hotel. The MAC's charter class was inducted in 1988. Deromedi served CMU as head football coach from 1978-93 and then as athletic director from 1994-2006.
