Former Michigan State linebacker Chuck Bullough has been named the new defensive coordinator at Syracuse. He'll work under new head coach Scot Shafer who was promoted to replace Doug Marrone as head coach. Bullough grew up in nearby Orchard Park, New York. Bullough has been an assistant most recently with the Cleveland Browns and at UCLA. Bullough lettered at Michigan State from 1988-91 and is the son of former MSU assistant Henry Bullough.
