The Cleveland Browns say they will start Jason Campbell at quarterback Sunday against the unbeaten Kansas City Chiefs. Campbell replaces Brandon Weeden who has been ineffective in recent games. Former MSU quarterback Brian Hoyer had started two early season games before tearing the ACL in his right leg and was sidelined for the season. The Browns have started 20 quarterbacks since 1999, the most in the NFL. Cleveland has a 3-4 record.
