Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller practiced Wednesday and said afterward he felt fine and expected to start Saturday's game at Penn State. Miller was roughed up against Purdue this last Saturday and was hospitalized for awhile, but has been cleared to practice. Miller said his neck was a bit sore but that was his only complaint. The Buckeyes are 8-0 but 2 1/2 point underdogs.
