Bonds Conviction Upheld

A federal appeals court has upheld former San Francisco Giants slugger Barry Bonds' obstruction of justice conviction stemming from testimony he gave during a 2003 grand jury apperance in the investigation of performance enhancing drug use among elite athletes. The court ruled that Bonds' testimony was "evasive" and capable of misleading investigators and hindering their probe. is happy to provide a forum for commenting and discussion.
