Big Ten Says MSU Player Did Not Eye Gouge

The Big Ten has notified Michigan State Thursday that Spartan offensive lineman Jack Allen did not gouge the eye of an Ohio State player during last Saturday's game in East Lansing. Ohio State sent game tape to the league office of the alleged incident.
MSU athletic director Mark Hollis said in a statement Thursday Allen was not involved in a football play, but "this clearly wasn't an eye-gouging incident."
The statement says Michigan State takes any alleged violations of the Big Ten's sportslike conduct policy seriously.
