Michigan State running back Le'Veon Bell has been named Big Ten offensive player of the week for the second time this season. Bell earned a similar honor after running for 218 yards in the opening game against Boise State. He ran for 253 yards in Saturday's 23-7 win over Eastern Michigan. The Spartans host Ohio State, 4-0, at 3:30pm this Saturday in the Big Ten opener for both teams.
