Tiger Woods announced Tuesday he'll return to the PGA tour on April 8th and play in the Masters, the game's first major tournament of the year. Woods has won the Masters four times and has 14 major titles-- four back of record holder Jack Nicklaus. Woods does not indicate his practice in advance of the opening round. He was immediately made a 4-1 favorite to win by a British bookmaker ahead of second pick Phil Mickelson at 6-1.
