Chris Chelios was called up Wednesday by the NHL's Atlanta Thrashers from the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League. The 48-year old Chelios will make his debut tomorrow night for a team that is looking for a spark with a three game losing streak. Chelios played the last 10 of his 25 NHL seasons with the Detroit Red Wings and his son Dean, is a current member of the MSU hockey team. Chris Chelios signed with Atlanta last week and has played more NHL games than any other American born NHL player.
