Rutgers has suspended famed women's basketball coach Vivian Stringer from Wednesday's game against Seton Hall. Rutgers says Stringer used an ineligible student manager in practice because the team only has nine players. It's a violation of NCAA rules. Stringer is the third winningest women's coach of all time with 838 wins, but her team is a mere 13-10 this season.
