Western Michigan University says that men's basketball coach Steve Hawkins was hospitalized for several days after having a seizure at his office.
The 44-year-old was taken by ambulance to a Kalamazoo hospital Friday, released and then readmitted later that night after experiencing more symptoms at home.
Athletic director Kathy Beauregard says Hawkins left the hospital yesterday with the understanding he'll return this weekend for a follow-up examination.
She says Hawkins is resting at home and is expected to make a full recovery.
Hawkins has been the Broncos' coach since May 2003.
