Stefanie Spielman, 42 and the mother of four, passed away Thursday night at her home in Upper Arlington, Ohio after a ten year battle with breast cancer. She was the wife of former Detroit Lions and Ohio State star Chris Spielman. He retired early from the NFL to help with her care. Chris Spielman is currently a college football analyst for ESPN. The Stefanie Spielman Foundation raised more than $6.5 million during her illness.
