MSU Hockey Team Loses Shootout to Notre Dame
Overtime ends 1-1... Notre Dame scores 2-1 in shootout to get extra CCHA standings point.

Notre Dame outscored Michigan State 2-1 in a shootout Thursday night in Munn Arena to win a 2-1 CCHA league hockey game. For the overall record the game is a 1-1 tie and MSU is now 9-2-2 on the season. It is MSU's second shootout loss at home this season. Four skaters were needed for each side in the shootout and Andrew Rowe was the only Spartan to tally while Dan Kissel scored the winner for Notre Dame. The teams meet again at 4pm Sunday in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
