MSU basketball coach Tom Izzo will meet with the media at noon Wednesday to discuss the four signees he will have delivered earlier in the day. The four, all seniors in high school, are Keith Appling of Detroit Pershing, Russell Byrd of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Alex Gauna of Eaton Rapids and Adreian Payne of Dayton, Ohio. Appling is a solid candidate to win the Mr. Basketball award for this coming season.
