Michigan State's 10th ranked women's basketball team defeated Wayne State in an exhibition game Thursday night in the Breslin Center, 79-47. Some 3,797 fans looked on as the Spartans grabbed a 45-24 halftime lead. Allyssa DeHaan, beginning her senior season, had 15 points while freshman Jasmine Thomas and senior Lauren Aitch each added 11.
