The World Series champion New York Yankees will be honored at a parade through lower Manhattan Friday in the "Canyon of Heroes", celebrating their sixth game win Wednesday night over the Philadelphia Phillies, 7-3. The Yankees will also be given the keys to the city by newly re-elected mayor Michael Bloomberg. The Yankees won their first World Series title since 2000 and their 27th overall.
