Neitzel Named All Big Ten

Michigan State guard Drew Neitzel was named to the first team All Big Ten squad this afternoon just days after being named one of the 22 finalists for the James Naismith Award (awarded college basketball's player of the year). Neitzel and the Spartans will take on Northwestern in the first round of the Big Ten tournament on Thursday.
