Michigan State basketball coach Tom Izzo expects co-captain Drew Neitzel to play on Tuesday against the Wolverines although Neitzel won't practice on Monday. Izzo said at his weekly press conference that Neitzel is still getting over the flu and could only be 75-80 percent when the (21-8, 8-6) Spartans battle Michigan (19-10, 7-7) at 7pm in Ann Arbor.
Michigan State beat Michigan 59-44 in the Breslin Center 13 days ago, and the Spartans have won 2 straight in the series. However the Wolverines won by 5 last year in Ann Arbor.
